Workshop for artists, Foseco Warehouse in La Escocesa, Barcelona.

Bolivia Avenue: From the Auditorium to La Escocesa, crossing facilities and representative buildings. A cut connects Bolivia with Pere IV, and turns La Escocesa into a new urban walkway.

A second cut split the workshops from the facilities area, and highlights with a new facade some of the contradictions about regulations in a passive building.

An oversized interior corridor for shared actions, with toilets, sinks, benches, plants and a reflecting thermal insulation ceiling as a non-air-conditioned intermediate space.

A section related to the climate, with a concrete wall that contains all its inertia capacity as a thermal radiator.

An organization without distribution.

A last perforation in a wall, between the new public space and the exhibition gallery, made in the most direct way as possible.
