Aurora is a bookend created as a part of the renovation project for the new children spaces at the Nou Barris library in Barcelona, now named Aurora Diaz Plaja library.
This is one of the several pieces of furniture specially designed for the space.
The bookend i meade from a folded 2mm sheet, one of the sides of wich is perpendicular and the other is slightly tilted. This design allows the bookend to be used either at the beginning of the shelf or at the end, suporting all the books. It cal also work as a book stand.
The Aurora Gran bookend is designed for large-format books.
