Adamo-Faiden Plaza Building

Plaza Building is responsible for consolidating the Civic Square. It is presented as a public pavilion that concentrates the administrative area of Puertos together with a group of offices and professional studios capable of responding to the demands of a community in formation. A set of rooms, of varying dimensions, flexible and ventilated on both sides, is surrounded by landscaped rings that define the exterior presence of the building while organising its circulation and the private expansions of each unit. The ground floor builds a recova that completes the commercial offer of the Civic Square, which is connected to the interior of the block by a pedestrian passage that perforates the ground floor of the pavilion.
