Buenos dias Antonio,
Aqui el texto de informaciones en ingles :
A Rural Facility
The project is situated between the stone walls of a French village, in the Sarthe department, inside the nature reserve of Maine-Normandy. Pezé le Robert is a rural village with a population of 400.
The village council made the decision to support an ambitious project: Constructing a new multi-purpose community hall in the center of the village, replacing an older, deteriorated hall.
After extensive dialogue with the village councillors, a decision was taken to place the hall in the center of the village, on a plot adjacent to the church square.
This public building offers a domestic feel. It features two lounges, one in the front facing the square and the other facing the garden. The bright and transparent rooms also work as acoustic and thermal buffer zones. This logic is also applied to the conception of the walls. The central room is a concrete box with a wooden roof framework and visible plywood panels. Around it, a belt of rooms, framed in timber, form the boundaries of the building, which moves along with the shape of the existing stone walls on site. This wood-concrete duo creates a habitable envelope that maximizes thermal performance.
The qualitative challenge for this building was intuitively set since the first meeting with the elected officials: to construct a domestic public building “within walls”.

Gran descubirmiento! Gracias!
